The “Women in Nutraceuticals” Group to Present Two Webinars This November
Women in Nutraceuticals (WIN), a nonprofit organization championing gender equality in the nutraceutical sector, has announced two informational webinars scheduled for November.
The first webinar, titled “Female Leaders and Menopause: Empowering Women in the Workforce,” will be brought to you by the WIN Mentorship Program and will go live on November 7 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
This enlightening discussion will highlight five esteemed female panelists who will dive into the impact of menopause on women’s professional lives, paying special attention to those wielding leadership roles. The conversation aims to explore potential strategies that bolster the continued significance of women in the worldwide labor force.
The webinar intends to delve into the implications of menopause on working women, delve into statistics concerning career-related challenges women encounter during menopause, and shed light on government and corporate initiatives designed to assist women navigating menopause through improved awareness and professional backing.
As the event host, we have Sybille Buchwald-Werner, PhD, who juggles roles as the director of Vital Solutions and co-chair of the WIN mentorship committee and mentorship program.
